I think it's possible that having felt so alone up against this wall, and having these two boys, whom she's already felt some kinship with, walk in and save her,. i think it's very possible that she has been profoundly changed by this dramatic moment. And so maybe there is something optimistic in this, that we can be changed, and even that drama isn't the way that we want to go about being changed. Even that we canbe changed for the better by drama or just experience. That we all learn and grow.
