Is There a Waiting 30 Days?
Misty went missing from Puyallup, Washington on September 23rd. She was last seen by her friend Trina who said she started walking home when Misty missed the bus. The dispatcher told Diana that Pierce County couldn't get involved for 30 days until they invited them to do so. But this didn't stick with Diana right away and she decided to call Ruben again because something about him is sticking with her. He says his roommate had it all wrong; he'd been at a party instead of picking up Misty. This only made Diana more suspicious of him.
