Natalya says the message is that it's ok. to be back in with your inner child, even when you feel terrified of having any kinds of memories come up. Many people have resistance to really doing the inner child healing because they can't even see their inner children. They don't know what they look like. And ironically enough, my daughter expressed last night when we were having this conversation, she said, mam, it really scared me initially, this idea of trying to connect that inner child.
