Article runs through several other options for getting this court under control. The idea of a panel system, a lottery among federal judges would be one. Or you could imagine expanding the number of supreme court justices to 50 or a hundred. But ultimately we need to look at a whole different of remedies, which like attacks the authority of the court itself.
