Introduction
Hold These Truths by Jeannie Sakata, directed by Jessica Kupzansky. Starring Ryan Yu as Gordon Herobayashi,. with additional voices by Matthew Floyd Miller, Susie Nakamura, Matt Walker, and Greg Watanabe. After the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor, American citizens of Japanese ancestry faced increasing infringement on their rights. When thousands of these Americans were forced to report to internment camps, a young activist named Gordon Herobaysi refused. His decision to resist resulted in a fight for justice that took years to come to fruition.
