I Think the University Violated Her Constitutional Rights

Bill says he thinks Jess was punished by a public university for her political and religious views. This seems to come mostly from facebook posts, but there were also in class posting boards where messages could be posted among students within the classroom who were in the class room. Bill: I'm not quite sure how this young lady was supposed to attend class, or how she was supposed to participate in any class discussions if she could not have any communication with these individuals.
