The Case of Area 51

Two widows and five other anonymous former Groom Lake employees filed a lawsuit in 1995 against Area 51 for damages they suffered while on the job. The workers claimed they suffered from years of respiratory problems, cancers, and skin rashes caused by inhaling toxic material. According to the lawsuit, the employees routinely requested safety materials like breathing masks but were denied due to budgetary concerns.
