Do You Know if You Can Donate Blood?

We have heard from people who want to help. We had a couple o questions come in on our saint louis on the air facebook page about donating blood. Diana says that she had malaria several times when she lived in nigeria child. She was told, because of that, she would never be allowed to donate blood. Waine has a similar question. He says he was banned from donating several years ago because he'd been stationed in europe during mad cow disease situation there.
