The Second Order Effect on Agitation

Do you attribute it more to a first order effect where women are just more likely to agitate for basically emotional reasons or less, less objective merit based reasons? Or like men or people in general are just more, more receptive when that's coming from a woman. I'm more concerned with sort of the style of play as it were. So men gravitate toward games with clear rules where the better players succeed and we don't take anything personally in the end. The woman's more personal way of playing is not suited to that because it will shun somebody completely and never let them back in the game.
