Biden's Victory Lap in the House of Representatives

Larry King: I thought Biden opposed any spending cuts. In fact, he opposed the whole deal. He says 60% of Americans still want significantly more cuts. The numbers in this deal can be altered on the downside if they so choose; that's why these are budget spending caps and not feelings.
