Shared Too Much? What Was the Downside?
I didn't understand it much at the time, but i certainly learned during that process. What i came to know is they tend to be very professional people managing other people's money. They're under pressure to provide a liquidity back to what they refer to as their limited partners. The downside was just sort of the the fall out from all the employees who sort of got wind that there may be an acquisition.
