Brett Kavanaugh's Appeals to the Supreme Court
A DC jury, a judge that's not going to seriously entertain a motion to dismiss based on factual and legal deficiencies. Can you motion to get rid of that judge? You can, but she gets to decide if she recuses herself and so she won't. They'll go forward. It's a 95% conviction rate with with juries in the federal system. A DC absolutely disdains Donald Trump. He'll be convicted. He'll lose at the DC circuit, and then he'll appeal to the Supreme Court. That would take something really remarkable for that to not happen.
