America started to experiment with sterilization that too wasn't a very comfortable thing because you were treating patients if that's the right word. Many people thought it was the end state of all insanity during the 19th century gradually though they began to think perhaps it was something different. People began to wander mental illness is biological but perhaps it's biological in a way we can intervene in perhaps it too is an infectious problem.
