The Shaking Out of Development in Certain Markets
If rates stay up and if the Fed raises rates again, then that'll just slow things down even further. But ultimately, we're going to adjust. Consumers will have to pay the price for it because prices will go up. And I think there are going to be tremendous opportunities at the expense of other developers who've overextended themselves.
