A Brief History of the Communist Party of China
Mao Zedong's Chinese Soviet Republic was set up in November 1931. Raichin is located in southern Jiang-she on the Fujian border. Mao's base there served as a lone, come in a stronghold and covered about 19,000 square miles. Around 3 million people lived in and around the area. Zhou Enlai outranked him overall being a leader in the central party hierarchy.
