Muff was so sick of the couple mocing off everyone's boats, she would literally yell at mac. Mac hated the too, but he was tolerating them a lot better because he didn't want to get on anyone's bad side in this lonely island. One night, stephane allegedly said that muff opened up to her, and muff said, i never even wanted to come here. I don't see why we had to just pack up and leave.
