The first recommendation that I would have beyond just not weighing yourself is to focus more on how you want to feel based on the foods that you're eating. Most people that we work with, they come to us and they're like, I eat really healthy. But there's a U-shaped curve for everything. You are overeating or stress eating that might be impacting your metabolism. And lastly focusing more on volume-based foods. So looking at how many nutrients you can get for the fewest amount of energy or the lowest amount of energy which is essentially core consumption.
