Russian state news has announced that russia is deplo deploying 12 thousand chechens to ukraine. Kraine's ministry of interior has asked all people in the country to turn off the g o location on their sell phones, as russians are beginning to track gatherings of people. Even with g o location g p s turned off, it is best to completely remove the battery on your selphone if possible, to insure your location cannot be tracked. The exchange rate for the russian rouble is now at a record high at about one 17 to one 25 rouble for every one dollar.
