A lot of the stuff also comes from a Mr. Roney mustache post that I read where he references Huberman, Daniel Huberman lab. So anyway, yeah, his sleep stuff is like being super careful about light,. A lot of melatonin stuff, basically like melatonin's building up in your brain towards bedtime. And when you expose yourself to fluorescent lighting or screens and stuff, it just evaporates that melatonin it just annihilates it.
