The myth that it takes 21 days to form a habit is based on plastic surgery research. But more recent research has shown the process can take anything between 66 and a hundred and 22 days. M, i say that not to throw people off or make them, you know, feel disr an. You know, habits are for life. They're not just for january. It's not like we do all our tooth brushing in january and expect positive dental hygiene for the rest of the year. And so when we look at adopting habits, we've got to think about it as a lifetime process.
