Starting a Company or License a Product

If someone has an idea for product and they want to get it on the market they're basically their two paths. You can either start a company and make it or you can license it so why you would choose one of those paths comes down to a few factors. The biggest factor other than that wherewithal issue then is lifestyle choice like what do you want from your life. It's important to invent something or have an idea whose scale is within your reasonable reach.
