The Institutional Investor vs the Individual Investor

Barry Cevallos: We know most mom and pop investors at home can't do the things that these outliers are capable of doing. What sort of challenges do institutional investors face that perhaps mom and pop don't? Or are they just human and suffer the same emotional consequences as anybody? He says it's not true. Institutions don't make investments. People make investments for institutions. And you're right, those people have emotions too. Those people are bombarded with the same news that the mom and pop investor is.
