I Don't Want to Use Cluster Bombs Again in War

120 countries voted to say, I don't want to use cluster bombs anymore in war. They detonate late and they're dangerous after conflicts often. We have not signed on because that sort of weapon is extremely critical to the war plans for Korea. The new stuff that we use now has an extremely high greater than 99%.
