The disuse thing is really interesting because that's our natural thing to do when you have a target kind of pain, you just don't want to use it anymore. So the whole tissue is like, use it or use it or lose it. And then it's like, find the perfect balance of using it the right, the perfect right amounts and then not using it too much in order to get good results. It's hard to pick out for yourself but if you're an arrogant person, I've worked with a lot of people that they aren't going to listen to anything I'm trying to tell them.
