Introduction
Ossification of the Posture Longitudinal Ligament or OPLL is a common cause of cervical myelopathy in the Asian population. The most common levels are C4 to C6 and 95% of ossification is located in the cervical spine. Surgical decompression followed by stabilization is indicated for patients with myelopathy. One method to avoid a dural terror is to perform a corepectomy instead of removing the OPLL from the dura, allow it to quote float in the corepectomy site.
