We need to create much more sustainable food systems, and that invariably means less om. The number of people re imagining how we max food manes its growing very, very quickly. A vanish technical university just hired entire team focused on how to take waste products from the food and other industries and turn them into up market foods. But i guess we have to hope for our better selves as if we don't were toast.
