Al Insan Al-Al-Haseir - Isun Fa'al in Arabic?

The word al insan has al on it, which is l'iljins. Instead of saying a person or people, it's every single human being adding another degree of emphasis. The oath, among other things, is also a manifestation of anger. And above and beyond all of that, Allah began with wa l'a'al-a-sa by taking an oath.
