The cyber hygiene measures I mentioned multi-factor authentication and the like, you will not find those in our proposed law. The reason is it's extremely difficult for a Congress in a law or even really the Treasury Department in regulation to keep up with the changes in the threat vectors and the best practices. So instead, what we do is we delegate to key U.S. government officials, the director of the Cybersecurity Infrastructure – Cyber Infrastructure Security Agency,. Secretary of the Treasury to make and update those requirements on a regular basis. And also, insurance companies have the ability to do that themselves.
