Canada and China - What Happened to the US?

Many people celebrate when things go well with Americans. They celebrate when other Americans come home unless again, you're so twisted by ideology that you can't do that. This happens with every government. It happens in the United States where we make these decisions. And usually one leader doesn't second guess another leader because they understand things are always different.
