Restaurant Week in New York

I think new yorkers are friendly. I certainly had a few experiences where some one would be a little less friendly if they were a little grumpy for some reason. Almost all o my experiences, people were super friendly, very social. You no chat with people, there is jus the tiniest chance you'll have a negative interaction. Anyone you chat with is going to be friendly and kind to you a hundred%. And abr, what do you think about doing the whole fixed priced menu meal at a restaurant?
