There's been studies that show that the most successful people in life write down their goals. Write down two to three goals on your physical fitness and your health stuff that you want to accomplish in the next six months. So start with small goals and slowly make them bigger and bigger and start pushing yourself because once you hit that goal, well, then it's easier to go "I'm going to think bigger"
