DoD - What's the Timeline for Implementation?
Betsy Carmelite is principal at Booz Allen Hamilton. She says the new manual puts a high bar on organizations that support the DoD to track and maintain their workforce in a way that they can actually justify in document. The timeline, like most things in the DoD, was five years plus for this manual to come out. It's going to be hard to get there, but I think that the fact that it's now written and so clearly that we are looking at from a role-based perspective, that's going to have a pretty significant effect now"
