Sectoral Bargaining in the Service Sector
I think most commonly about the two that I've spent my life in right which is education and health care. No one's gone into those fields to get rich but they would like to be able to do their job well so that's the defining line of the fight. So, what happens to people in the sector, every sector matters, some sectors matter more than others in terms of strategic power. There's a real difference between a coffee shop with 20 or 30 people in it shutting down and an entire education system of 900 schools in Los Angeles.
