What's the Risk of Third Party Financing?

The risk is if they are just an originator, and they on a third party financing provider that may be the only person in the world who will finance something like this. Or if they sell it off, then they don't care aswhos who's holding the bag. Although it's strange, if they're off loading it that, it seems like they've developed a lot of sort of internal underrating processes. So, you know, who owns the underrating decision versus who owns the credit is a sort of ing something that would be worth digging into.
