The Effects of the Hop Tests on Knee Injuries
The experimental group of the posp a c l were then subdivided into a high quadrucep group and a low quadruceP group. High quatreset being that they were within 90 % of the uninvolved side in their strength. The low quadreb reset was less than 85% of the un involved side. They also looked at four different hop tests, the single, the single hop, the triple hop, the cross over hop and the six meter timed hop.
