Right wing activists are attending school board meetings in hopes of transforming our children's education and ultimately their lives. We can't just sit around and let them attack our kids, we have to do something. Those of us fighting against the far right need to be more aware of how energetic and organized they're coming. Be pleasantly persistent. Be the woman at the school board meetings who always shows up. And please try to get people to vote in municipal elections. No one is denying that tat it's not the case teachers are being forced to teach students about japanese internment camps or slavery.
