Do You Really Need Documentation?
The program is supposed to last 15 or 20. It's staying close to 20 now. And yet the person who the new stop people come in, they look at this extraordinarily complicated airplane design program and so what kind of document they're going to have to pick it up? The guy who wrote it may even not be there. And he certainly is not interested in holding the hand of somebody for a couple of years until they learn this thing. So you really have to do, you have to get people to do the right kind of documentation and pull it together. That was one of the things that the groups were very reluctant to take on until you convinced them that it was really essential.
