Is Covet a Pandemic or an Endemism?

Covid 19 may be transitioning from pandemic to andemic. An endemic happens when you have a balance between infection and population immunity. Do you see signs of covid becoming endemic in the taronto area? I do think so, i think there are some early signs that we might be into that phase.
