And undr yor opposite, right? Mine sid is a huge piece. It's not just about n ing fitter. Is no longer than about getting, you know, x amount of steps on your fitness tracker x. It's about actually how you can contribute to your family. That's what's going to help you build the resiliance needed to weather that habit form.
