How to Get Out of Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is the epitome of dedication discipline hard work and just downright drive like you got to want to wake up in the morning kick ass give it everything you have. Being able to have that outlet which to me has become a form of meditation like I go to the gym and I meditate basically it's like therapy for me if I didn't have a gym to release all my emotions and at then I would be probably legally insane but that's also beside the point the main the main point being have that outlet in life.
