The Intertextuality of Game Art

This game is full of explicit and implicit references. It's very clear if you hear Jake and Tamas ever give a lecture that they're just always thinking about older games and technology and TV. And so it just seems like knowing them and having heard them talk and seeing their earlier work that they'rejust so excited about the history of media That's just suffusing through all their work. So yeah, that intertextuality is there even before Kentucky roots here.
