Is That a Key Manifest Signing Key?

There was a boot guard signing key that was in there, but the corresponding private key would have to be fused to a board. That was my understanding was that some of this leak contained that. But Nicholas says if that is really a key manifest signing key and there are any machines that have the hash of the public he fused into the F.P.F or field programmable fuse, boot guard on that platform is under near full control of essentially attacker.
