Sally Kohn: We talked about behavioral design in the wild earlier. I'm curious, what can you tell us about your experience doing applied behavioral science in the healthcare itself? She says there's lots of opportunities but it is really challenging to get people to apply this in the real world. Kohn: The way we've addressed that is to one, reveal to them you're already being nudged. You just often don't recognize it.
