The City of Ashville Scholarship Fund

The city of ashville has agreed to end its racially discriminatory practices. All the provisions in the city funded scholarship programme relating to race have been removed, and the one in relation to educators instead. It will give preference to applicants whose household members, including parents and or guardians, have a high school education or less.
