The Lower Completion Rate of Amazon Prime Video

The 37% completion rate generated a lot of bad headlines for Amazon. I do wonder if the lower completion rate is possibly an artifact of more and more people trying the show out of curiosity then the number of genre fans that you would expect to finish it. There are so many other questions that that really matter about the level of the success did it bring in new subscribers that are considered high value to Amazon? Did it increase the perceived value of prime video as a service to get you to actually open the app and go in and spend some time in it all of these questions need to be included in the benchmarking for success when we think about all these different platforms.
