i love say emotional understanding, because i do think that means not like it's taught in most schools. So understanding how our emotions work and then ways that we can, can shift them. And mindfulness comes to mind, like being able to except be curious about just kind of distance yourself a little bit from them. Ok, third domain, reasoning. What kinds of activities support reasoning? Yes, reasoning is one of those interesting ones, because it's one that not a lot of people think about when they think about resilience. Because reasoning is much more being pro active. It's what can you do on a preventative level.
