Car was unlocked with the keys still in the ignition and her purse and uncharged cell phone were found inside the vehicle so immediately they're suspecting foul play. Family pointed out that Brooks didn't participate in any searches for her either but he said that all of his search efforts were done behind the scenes with law enforcement because wouldn't you know it his brother was actually a police officer. Police start to become more and more suspicious of Brooks and they asked him to take a polygraph and his results come back inconclusive. They also do an interview with him for two hours and during this police interview there's a part where he's like about to do a written statement and his phone starts ringing
