The Perception of Seeing Your Identity Through Your Work

The generation gap grew bigger as the screens in our life got smaller, but they went from public to private. Gen Z would look at guys like me and say, you live to work. They see boomers live into work. They want to work to live. I think the key to tapping into Gen Z is to create entrepreneurs within a company where they can start something to light the fire of their passion. While it still monetizes, it still adds value to the work.
