Musk had an uphill battle with this case because he had to approve that the bot problem on Twitter not only existed but that it was materially like adverse to his business dealings there. A lot of the pretrial decisions that were made probably made him think going on deposition and putting all of his information out there as part of this trial wasn't worth it. Whatever he has to hide is worth forty four billion dollars or worth it rightYeah I think there's a bigger question here about what the future of Twitter looks like.
