The Commission's Position on Trade Secrets

The Council's position is very far apart from that of the Parliament. There seems to be some openness from the Commission to consider, you know, some sort of protection mechanism. The question is just does this be data flows and when in the process of violating that. And here we also rely back on the trade secret, which actually also says what happens if you unlawfully disclose trade secrets.
